Official document indicating that McCracken County resident John Puckett's petition to be "declared a bankrupt" has been fully considered and granted. L.M. Flournoy is appointed the assignee and "requred to execute bond in the penalty of one hundred dollars, with two sufficient sureties." The document is signed by clerk J.H. Hanna of the United States, Kentucky District Court in Bankruptcy.
